Fortis realizes each individual has a different daily schedule; be it moms, dads, employees, employers, etc. Our class schedule is designed to accommodate your busy day.

  • Early morning: An ideal option for the working professional or the mom that needs to fit in a workout before her kids are up.
  • Mid-morning: Perfect for the mom after she drops the kids at school or in KidFit.
  • Lunch hour: Squeeze in a power workout, shower and get back to work. Feel energized and ready to tackle the remainder of your day.
  • Early evening: Erase the stress of the day with an hour of your favorite yoga or group exercise class.
  • Evening: A perfect way to wind down your day and re-boot for the next.
  • Weekend: Your weekdays can fill up with family work and friends so find that personal time to re-center and sweat.
