Here are some key points to remember:

  • All classes can be adapted to any level. Listen to your body, ask your instructor questions and you will find your groove.
  • Bring a towel and water to all classes and don’t forget a mat for yoga.
  • Yoga comes in 3 different heat intensities: room temperature, warm and hot.
  • Athletic sneakers for turf classes (boot camps, TRX).

FORTIS TRX HIIT

This suspension training HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class uses gravity against your bodyweight to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability by alternating between high intensity cardio bursts and recovery intervals.

Each short, intense interval creates a high heart rate, improved athletic capacity, and boosts fat burning. This class utilizes TRX bands, plyometric, and bodyweight exercises to strengthen muscles, boost stamina, and build power!

AMP up your strength, endurance and fat burn with LUX HIIT AMPED!

60-minute class that includes 20 minutes of Cycling intervals, followed by intervals on the turf utilizing TRX, body weight exercises, free weights and more. Classes explore traditional yoga postures, breathing exercises, visual imagery, and relaxation techniques while conveying lessons in self-expression, body image, social skills, positive thinking, and environmental awareness.

Pranayama breathing is utilized to restore the body’s natural rhythm and melt away tension. This class utilizes props such as blankets, bolsters and blocks to enable a longer pause in each pose and feel a deeper release.

  • Our Schwinn bikes are equipped with SPD clips and toe baskets if you are wearing athletic shoes. Our bike computers help you track your cadence and keep your workout on track.

This Low Impact, High Intensity Barre inspired class 45-minute cardio style class. Founded on the same principles as Barre, this class is a great compliment to any strength training program.

Short bursts of long range of motion Barre exercises combined with active rest periods will increase your overall cardiovascular health as well as improve performance at your favorite sports.  Come try this fun, fast paced class and get your sweat on!

  • Beginners are welcome. No experience in ballet is needed, the ballet bar is a tool to deepen your practice.

Our traditional take on a Barre class. All exercises are safe and effective for everybody regardless of background, fitness level, or dance experience.

Barre exercises are focused, and isometric; each muscle group is worked in isolation until exhaustion, then immediately stretched to elongate the same muscles.  Barre workouts increase muscle tone, overall well-being, core strength, spinal stability, and flexibility while exerting little or no impact on the joints.

A freeform Vinyasa sequence taught at a moderate pace and accessible to all levels.

An open expression of Asanas (postures) and integrated breathing techniques will be utilized.

  • This format is offered in three temperatures –  Hot, Warm, and Non-Heated.
