Discuss your training style, goals, and preferences during your first consultation. From this, we will match you with the ideal Certified Personal Trainer.
ASSESSMENTS
Knowing and understanding your body help you get the most from your overall health and wellness plan. In your complimentary consultation, you will set your short-term and long-term goals with your trainer. Learn about imbalances and asymmetries your body may have and create a plan to improve and prevent potential injuries. Talk about issues related to stress, nutrition, and sleep patterns to help target a specific area of need.
Customized Plan
Individualized structured program design; we create a well-rounded, holistic approach to your health, fitness, and wellness. We work together on a comprehensive plan to help you properly achieve better overall health. We combine all of the various formats we offer to improve strength, flexibility, cardio, and general well-being.

Love this gym!!!!! It’s very clean. The Daycare is very clean smells fresh and does NOT have carpet. The daycare staff are so nice to all the kids and very attentive. The staff at the front are always so welcoming and friendly. The hot yoga classes are awesome, teachers are great. This gym has it all, cycling, yoga, hot yoga, barre, weight room, cardio machines, cross fit type classes, showers. I’ll be a forever client. – S.L.
