LUX YOGA FLOW

A freeform Vinyasa sequence taught at a moderate pace and accessible to all levels.

An open expression of Asanas (postures) and integrated breathing techniques will be utilized.

NEED TO KNOW:

  • No two classes are identical, come ready to experience something new in each class!
  • This format is offered in three temperatures –  Hot, Warm, and Non-Heated.
  • A yoga mat is required.
