Kellie is an elementary teacher and mom of two who has blended her love of teaching with her passion for Yoga. She has a natural way of connecting with children and finds great joy in being a positive role model. She encourages an active lifestyle filled with mindfulness, healthy choices, and kindness to others. Her classes foster a fun and safe environment where students are encouraged to be themselves, try their best and find balance within the mind, body and spirit. Growing up dancing through the collegiate level, she has a profound passion and appreciation for movement. She hopes to guide others to find the same positive effects that movement can bring to their own lives! Kellie is a certified Yoga instructor RYT-200 and is also certified in Yoga-Sculpt and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Off the mat, you can find her at the beach, hiking the local trails, and spending time with her family and friends.
