Caroline has called Carlsbad home her whole life, and is excited to be back after recently graduating from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s Degree in Movement Science. She has been active with sports all her life, playing field hockey and lacrosse in high school, but found her passion for exercise during her freshman year of college. During her time at Michigan she interned with the nutrition department of the Michigan football team where she assisted in keeping the players aware of their food intake to ensure that they were performing their maximum potential. Following her love of sports, she then interned with the United States Olympic Committee in the sports medicine department where she assisted elite athletes in their post-injury rehabilitation process. Caroline soon discovered her passion for injury prevention and wanted to further her knowledge of how to correct muscle imbalances and teach others proper form during exercise. During her senior year she received her Personal Training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. As a personal trainer she wants to help others fall in love with exercise just like she has, through helping clients reach their personal fitness goals. When Caroline is not in the gym you can find her at the local taco shop, walking her dog on the beach, or watching college football. She loves to be active in all aspects of life and no matter what your goal is in the gym, she is ready to get you there.
