Jourdan began instructing yoga in 2014, after deciding to take her own hot yoga practice to a new level of understanding. Her classes are fun; yet challenging, and place a heavy emphasis on performing postures with proper alignment while sequencing movements with breath. Jourdan enjoys keeping a laid back vibe while she teaches- explaining movements in easily understandable terms so that her students may learn what their bodies are capable of, and to foster an environment of light-hearted happiness and self love. Jourdan is also certified in Barre and Sculpt, where she is able to exude her positive energy through upbeat music and heart-pumping exercises leaving her students feeling accomplished (and sweaty)!
