Sara Somera is a yoga and fitness enthusiast! She is Yoga (RYT) & Fitness (ACE) certified and holds additional certifications in Barre, Yoga-Sculpt, Boot Camp, Vinyasa Flow, Deep Stretch, Agility Barre, and Zumba. Step on the mat with a sense of humor, open mind and a gentle heart. Her teaching style is strong and powerful yet FUN! All levels our welcome to participate and enjoy! Outside the studio, Sara is “Chasing Daylight” on the boat with family and friends.
