Savannah Ingold is a native California girl. She was born and raised in the mountains of Southern California, where she feel in love with the outdoors. As an adventurous soul, she explored many different sports growing up, and eventually committed to soccer and snowboarding Giant Slalom. With the demands the sports placed on her body, Savannah found yoga in 2005 as a form of injury prevention. From then on, Savannah’s love for yoga grew, and she became a certified yoga instructor in 2013. Since then, Savannah has earned the E-RYT 200 designation through Yoga Alliance. After seeing the impact that she was able to make with students in a class setting, Savannah made the choice to become a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2016. Since then, Savannah has continued to learn and grow by receiving certifications in Yoga Sculpt and Barre, and is currently working on becoming a ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist. She continuously attends yoga workshops to further her knowledge so that she can create classes that are challenging, accessible, inclusive, and relaxing.
Savannah’s training style is heavily influenced by her background in yoga. She takes a holistic approach to training, focusing on both body and mind. Her goal as a trainer is to help her clients feel strong and confident in their bodies, as well as to help teach her clients healthy living habits so that they can live their best life possible. There is nothing more rewarding to her than to watch her clients grow in self-confidence and strength.
