Monthly Memberships are prepaid on your initial start date (bill date) and renew monthly on your bill date via auto-pay. Yearly memberships are prepaid at the time of purchase and renewed yearly via auto-pay. No minimum commitment for membership pricing. All memberships require 30 days written notice for cancellation.

Members Receive 10% Discount On Standard Personal Training And Massage Prices
Member/client is purchasing Personal Training and not services of an individual Personal Trainer. If the requested Trainer is not available, another Personal Trainer will be assigned. Member/client is not entitled to a refund if the requested Trainer is not available.
**All personal training cancellations require 24 hours’ notice.**
If cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, client will be charged the full session price.
