Chrissa Benson is a former collegiate and professional dancer, and began teaching barre in 2015. Chrissa has taught traditional barre classes, babies ‘n barre, bootcamp style barre, and HIIT. She loves providing challenging choreography paired with fun, motivational music. She owns and operates a healthy food and fitness website called Physical Kitchness where she shares her passion of real-food/paleo cooking and workouts for busy moms. She is a mom of two boys, Brockston (3) and Maddix (1) and a married to an active duty Marine. Chrissa loves helping others reach their fitness goals and is passionate about healthy living, The Whole30 program, and not taking life too seriously!
